We Ride Australia member ptc. consultants has just updated the bike plan for Sydney’s Lane Cove Council that will see $2.9 million invested in new and upgraded bicycle infrastructure – a mixture of off-road shared paths, separated bikeways and bicycle lanes.

The investment in new cycling facilities is targeted at encouraging cycling uptake and improvements to the experience of current cyclists. In particular, the plan aims to attract the types of cyclists most likely to consider riding for transport if more separated and convenient options were available.
