About the awards

The Australian Cycling Luminaries Awards celebrate the people, programs and places that get Australians riding.

The 20th Cycling Luminaries Awards will be held as part of a Gala Dinner in Parliament House Canberra on 15 November 2023.

The Awards contribute to make Australia a better place to ride a bike and celebrate leadership and vision across three Awards categories.

Awards are selected by an independent judging panel and are awarded in the categories of Bike Culture and Behaviour Change, Built Environment and Leadership. See below for links to each category.

We are looking forward to hosting the 20th Cycling Luminaries Awards Gala Dinner in the Australian Parliament on Wednesday, 15 November, a special occasion on which we will also launch the 2023 Australian Cycling Economy Report by EY.
