Notice of Annual General Meeting – We Ride Australia* 

WeRide’s AGM will be held as an online meeting from 6pm to 7pm on Tuesday, 3rd March 2026.  

This is an important occasion for WeRide to provide a ‘year in review’ report to members and supporters, confirm our Board Directors and introduce WeRide’s new Chair, Shane Byrne. 

In addition to fulfilling our statutory requirements as a registered charitable organisation, an opportunity will be provided for a Q&A with Shane Byrne, Peter Bourke and Stephen Hodge after Shane introduces himself and lays out his priorities for the organisation in 2026.
